Yes — we verify every Certificate of Qualification, Red Seal endorsement, ESA licence and provincial ticket directly with the issuing authority before shortlist.
Can you source apprentices?
Yes, through our Skilled Trades Prep partnership we pipeline pre-apprentices and 1st-to-3rd year apprentices for industrial, commercial and residential employers.
What is your typical fill time?
5–10 business days for journeypersons in tight markets, 2–4 weeks for supervisor and project lead roles.
Do you support international trades workers?
Yes. We work with FCR-licensed RCICs on TFW work permits, the AAIP/RNIP/PNP streams, and Red Seal challenge-exam preparation for internationally trained tradespeople.
