FAQ

Questions, answered

Who are the mentors?

Operators who have built, scaled and exited Canadian SMBs, plus functional VPs from sales, marketing, product, finance and healthcare.

How is the program structured?

Monthly 1:1 sessions (60–90 min), async Slack/voice support between sessions, and quarterly goal reviews. Most engagements run 6–12 months.

Are there group cohorts?

Yes — small peer groups of 5–8 founders at the same stage meet monthly with a senior facilitator.

How are mentors matched?

Discovery intake, two introductory calls with shortlisted mentors, and the founder chooses. We re-match free of charge if it isn't working.

What does it cost?

Programs start at $750/month for cohort mentorship and $2,500+ for 1:1 executive mentorship. Pricing depends on mentor seniority and engagement scope.
