An LMIA, or Labour Market Impact Assessment, is a crucial document in Canada’s immigration system. It’s essentially a government assessment that helps determine if hiring a foreign worker for a job will positively or negatively affect the Canadian job market.

Initial Assessment and Strategy Development

As an LMIA immigration consultant, we begin by conducting a comprehensive assessment of your hiring needs and organizational goals with a short questionnaire.

Employer Representation and Advocacy

A Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant will be assigned and will advocate for your interests throughout the LMIA process.

Tailored Local Job promotion & Assessment

A month of local advertisement to be done before moving to the LMIA process. We will assist you in finding a solid reason as to why applied candidates are not qualified for the role.

LMIA Requirements for Application

Applying requires an LMIA Canada application fee, here an application is for every position and an application can have an unlimited number of spots.

Candidate Selection

During the process, we select and finalize candidates that are document ready. Once LMIA is received, we help candidates apply for an LMIA work permit.

Post-Approval Support and Assistance

Once the LMIA is approved, we continue our support. Whether you require assistance with employee onboarding, employee travel and accommodation, or navigating post-approval obligations.
